TDCX FAQ
1. If person tried wrong password after 5 tries, they will be blocked and need to try after 30 mins or request our help admin@gifted.ph to reactivate
2. they need to use Corporate email and not personal email
3. They are not supposed to use credit card, they just need to log in to the link: https://gifted.ph/corp-page/tdcx . Create account using their corp mail and then redeem
4. Blocked accounts: If you try to login to your account without verifying the account first, it will be blocked
FOR TDCX blocked issue or cannot logon new user///
If you are a new user, create a user account using the login button in this link. Once you create an account, you will be sent an email verificaiton link to your email address. Please ensure you click on the email verification link sent to you before you log on. The email account needs to be activated using the email verificaiton link first, before you logon. If you logon without activating your account, this may cause your account to be blocked.
If you have already been blocked, admin@gifted.ph can unblock your account for you.
