How to redeem your GCash voucher?
Kindly ensure that you provide the exact GCash mobile number registered under your GCash profile to avoid any issues with the top-up process. You may submit your details through this link: https://portal.gifted.ph/gcash
Once submitted, Gifted will process your request within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and transfer the amount directly to your GCash account. While redemptions are typically completed within 1 working day, please allow up to 3 working days to accommodate any system or vendor-related delays.
It's past three (3) working days and I still have not received the Gcash amount
There can be several reasons why you have not received this
1) Incorrect number provided: please check that you have provided the correct number to us
2) Maximum limit reached; If you have redeemed several Gcash gift cards exceeding 20,000 PHP, this may have triggered the maximum limit reached since each user has a maximum limit in Gcash per month. Please send us an alternative Gcash mobile number or we can also reprocess this in the following month
