To use your Sodexo Mobile Pass, please make sure to check if the voucher you have is included in the list of merchants here:
If included here, present the Mobile Pass code to partner merchants. Our partner merchants have been properly trained to accept the Mobile Pass.
If your brand is included in the brand list and you still encountered issues during redemption, please inform us of the following:
- Merchant Name:
- Branch Address:
- GC Type: Mobile pass code (please provide the 10 digits code)
- The reason why it was refused acceptance:
- Date and time of your transaction
- Person you transacted with (if you can remember)
- Counter# (if any)
We will contact the store and make sure that Sodexo Team is informed of this. In the meantime, we recommend you convert your Mobile Pass into Sodexo+ to allow you to make use of the vouchers immediately.
