Shopee voucher redemption error messages

ERROR MESSAGE: “You already have this voucher”

Since the voucher error says "You already have this voucher", the voucher should already be loaded in the wallet of the user. 


In the shopping cart or checkout, users can click on "Shopee Voucher" and scroll through. Voucher should be there as one of the vouchers available to be selected (example: Discount / Cashback : P1 K off minimum spend 0)


Please ensure to select in Payment Method “Shopee Pay” in order for the voucher to work.  Any remaining balance will need to be paid via Shopee Pay as well. Thank you!

ERROR MESSAGE: “The voucher cannot be used in desktop" / “Current device does not meet voucher T&C”

The voucher can only be used in the mobile app and not in the desktop. Please try the code using a mobile app. Please view the voucher terms and conditions, there are some things that don’t apply to the voucher as well, such as shipping fee and digital goods (i.e. buying e-vouchers)

ERROR MESSAGE: “The voucher cannot be found. It may have been entered wrongly in the wrong input bar or is no longer in use”

This needs to be inputted at checkout under "Platform Voucher" rather than in the store voucher section.  Please let us know if this solves the issue. Please let us know if these tips solve the issue. Thank you!
