Unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes on the redemption request once it has been submitted. It has been indicated in the form that once you've submitted a mobile number, this is considered a final transaction since Gcash cannot refund the amount if it goes to the wrong number. There is also a popup reminder to reconfirm that your Gcash is the correct number.
However, as one-time courtesy, we can ask GCash to check if the transfer transaction has failed. If so, we can try again, though this rarely happens. Kindly submit a ticket and send us the old and new Gcash account numbers.
