Please be informed that the barcode voucher sent to you is a valid voucher. Here are some tips to redeem the Robinsons EGC:
- Share the actual link with the cashier, this is the best method.
- If you will be sharing a screenshot, please make sure that the image is of high resolution. If you have received this via a messenger tool like Viber or FB Messenger, then the resolution may have been compromised. Make sure that if the image was shared with you that the image is of high resolution and is not compressed.
- Make sure that the brightness of your phone is set to high so that the barcode can read it.
If there are still issues after following the above, please let us know what type of mobile phone and phone browser you used as well as the branch where you tried to redeem and the approximate date and time so we can raise this for further investigation.
