I am encountering Zero Balance issue when I log into my Gifted Gift Card

For those with zero balance, this may be caused by using personal email account or another email account to register the gift card.  Kindly ensure:

1.    You are using the original gift card link that was email to you.

2.    You are using your personal email or correct email that you inputted  to view the balance. Please check if you are entering the email address that you registered the gift card with. Ex: you entered personal email address in the initial registration, therefore you should also use that email address moving forward.

3.     There may also be a typo in the email address that you inputted and we can correct that for you.
