GGC 2023 PROCESS

Specially for INSIGHT , No gift card registration is required for INSIGHT, since we have auto loaded their gift in their email address wallet balance.   So you can refer to the first 2 pages (the succeeding pages detail the instructions on how to use the gift card if registraiton is required, which is for majority of the users of gifted gift card. We only made exception for INSIGHT since ang laki ng order nila)

FAQs:  Things that might be asked

1) Did not receive OTP: "We are experiencing high order volume, pls try again now and let us know if working."

OR 

"Please make sure you check for the OTP email in the email address to which the gift card was registered to."

2) my gift card is already redeemed:  (internal: pls check status of their order by searching their order number or email) if redeemed, just ask them to visit the link again and try again to enter their email address. If not redeemed, they can visit the link again too to enter their email details. Make sure they entered the correct email address the gifted gift card it was registered to

3) I redeemed the vouchers but I did not receive one or some of the vouchers: (Internal: check the Wallet section to search for their order history and check their balance. Then resend them their orders or inform them of the balance. See screenshot below where to find this). For insight, they have a specially made  GGC Redemption link that you can resend to them is this:  https://portal.gifted.ph/page/insight

4) I can only see a few brands left in the options. I cannot see my preferred brand : "You will see only the brands that have available denomination in the wallet balance that you have remaining. You may topup your balance as needed to choose more brands"
