IMPORTANT:
The code we issued to you is valid at the time we sent it to your email. Please ensure that you have not provided the code to anyone else, since once you have received the code, we cannot exchange or cancel the code for you anymore.
Should you encounter any error upon redemption, here are other tips that you can double-check on:
1) You are logged on to the correct CLIQQ account
2) Check your balance, since the amount of the code may have already been credited into your CLIQQ account wallet
3) Retype the code into the screen, and not copy and paste, to make sure you did not copy and paste any hidden spaces or hidden characters
4) You have the latest version of the CLiQQ app
If you are uncertain about your balance, you can request for balance history from 7-Eleven Customer Care by providing your 7-Eleven CLIQQ mobile number/email address to their email address: customercare@7-eleven.com.ph. Please note due to the data privacy policy, we are unable to request your balance on your behalf.
As a preventive measure, please reset your CLIQQ app's cache, see the instructions below:
1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile, tap Settings
3. Tap Reset Cache
4. Go back to the home screen
If issue persist, kindly submit a ticket. Provide your 7-Eleven CLIQQ registered number and screenshot of the error so we can escalate your concern to the right team. Thank you!
