Instructions for Sodexo+ Voucher Without CVV

We have confirmed with the service provider that vouchers without a CVV can still be converted into Pluxee gift credits. 

The CVV is automatically generated with the Pluxee gift code and cannot be provided separately.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Access the Pluxee conversion portal using the link: https://solutions.pluxee.ph/conversion

2. If you already have an account, click “Login.” If you are a new user, click “Sign-up” to register.

For new users:

• Enter your registered email address. Please use the same email address registered with the Pluxee PH app.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.
• Create a password that meets the required criteria.
• Complete your profile by providing your name and mobile number.
• Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click “Continue.”
• You will be redirected to the homepage where you can enter the required request details.

3. Upload a copy of your voucher code/card when submitting the conversion request. A maximum of 3 attachments is allowed in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.

Please note that the conversion cannot be processed without a copy of the voucher code/card.

You may proceed with the conversion even if your voucher does not have a CVV.
