Please follow the below steps to redeem the voucher code.
1. Visit play.google.com/redeem
2. Sign into your Google account or create a new account.
3. Enter your Gift Card (voucher) Code when prompted and click Redeem.
4. Gift Cards (voucher) must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on https://play.google.com
If the user gets any error kindly ask the user to take the screenshot and share it with us so that we will check and assist.
