This is a Paypal verification error and not related to the Gifted site. It may be that you need to ask your credit card provider to reset your CVV code which is the code found at the back of the card. Some payment verification companies block your card if the CVV code has been entered wrong once or twice. Do you have another credit card or debit card that you can use, or can you pay via bank transfer? We accept BPI, BDO or Unionbank.
